1. Complaint resolution process

Customer complaints are received and will be transferred to the responsible department within 24 hours and resolved as soon as possible.
2. Policy on changing rooms and changing check-in and check-out dates
In case the Customer wants to change the check-out date or change the room, please contact our reservation department for support.
3. Cancellation policy
– Thanh toán chuyển khoản 100% tổng tiền phòng ( Hoặc cọc 50% )
– Cancellation within 3 days before check-in date will be charged 100%
– Cancellation 4 – 7 days before check-in date will incur a 50% fee.
– Hủy phòng hơn 7 ngày trước ngày nhận phòng, thu phí 30%
4. Money back guarantee policy
In case the Customer has paid the deposit, pay the reservation in full. But due to objective conditions, if you cancel your trip, we will consider refunding the amount to the Customer. Refunds will be based on the regulations of each different booking. This refund will be officially notified to the Customer by our staff via email.
Refund time is within 21 - 30 working days depending on the bank.
Form of refund: refund to the provided bank account or the card from which the money was collected.
Reimbursement fee: free.

– We reserve the right to change conditions and cancel policies at any time without prior notice.
– We are not responsible for compensation for damages, changes in dates, room types... indirectly, incidentally or as a result of arising or in case of force majeure (natural disasters, war...).
5. Check the room code
When you book a room online, our company will send the booking information to the customer via email, the customer can check the information and have any questions.
